Thankyou so much for sharing your struggles, enthusiasm and determination with us .. .. You are an inspiration to me especially, since we share some similar concerns. I'm sure there are many others out there too, who aren't able to undertake a rigorous athletic regimen for all kind of reasons -- health, expense, location, etc. And so, it's very encouraging to read the experiences of another, who makes the most of what they've got and what they can do.
