Hi I am a new poster here. I have used the Scarsdale diet exclusively but mainly for emergency weight loss measures. So far I haven't seen any info here on Scarsdale.
I would like to try to follow a lo-carb eating plan more consistently, but I have a hard time because I LOVE CARBS. I am looking for an easy plan that would still let me enjoy some carbs. I don't need to lose much weight, maybe 5-10 lbs, but would like to use lo-carb to maintain.
