Well, the huge influx of fiber makes the flora in your intestines really active too ... but lactose is usually a big culprit.

If you don't take in dairy for awhile, your body reduced production of the enzyme needed to process lactose. Then if you start taking in a lot of dairy on your carb-up, bad things happen. It affects some more than others.

Beano is still a good idea before meals.
