lbw today!! concentrated on abs especially....instead of braking in between reps today on abs i went straight through without a break....100 ( 50 crunches 50 twisting crunches) without stopping...hurt like hell!!
warm up: 50 crunches 50 twisting crunches 10 butt ups 20 pushups

hams:good mornings 12, 10, 8, 6, 12
straight leg deadlifts 12
calves: standing calf raises 12, 10, 8, 6, 12

abs: 50 crunches 50 twisting crunches no breaks in between
