Question Impact carbs?

Yesterday I bought a lowcarb bar, caught my attention by the big 2 carbs written on the front of the pack. Had a small bite to see if it was nice, it was. When I got home I decided to read the pack properly. The 2 carbs on the front of the pack were classed as impact carbs, apparently they are the main ones that affect our blood sugars. The amount of carbs on the back were 21, fibre was 2, and total carbs 19. As far as they say the other carbs are not supposed to affect blood sugar. I thought carbs were carbs and used to make energy.

I cut the bar into about 14 pieces and am eating a piece at a time, I've had 2 so far today. Might have one more tonight. I figure each small piece is just over 1 carb.

As nice as it is I won't be buying it again, was pretty pricey.
