I remember the Cabbage soup diet--but I couldn't handle that more than a day.
I eat all the regular low carb food, but I know that I have seen the weight drop faster after I am eating cabbage. There must be something to this--at least for me right now. I am a big eater also--so I really put away that Cabbage Lasagna--more than I probably should eat. I drop the weight faster though.

I think I will check out that cabbage soup diet you suggested. That would be good to try. Thanks for telling me about the recipe.

I hope you get a chance to try the Lasagna recipe--When I have not used many carbs in the day I actually double the ground beef and cheese and make it thick. Oohhhhhhhhhhhhh...... I am getting hungry just thinking about it. lol
Let me know how you like it. You might find a better way to spice it up than I do- so tell me if you do.
