Donair Meat

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon whey powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Mix the whey powder and spices together.

Knead the spice mixture into the meat - very thoroughly.

Flatten the mixture into a thin loaf and place in lightly greased loaf pan

Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes, draining the fat off occasionally

Let cool at least an hour.

Cut into slices and serve as desired.
