Since you dont' have much to lose, it is harder to get to ketosis, but that doesn't mean you won't lose.
The sticks are often poor indicators. I drove myself nuts my first few months with those th ings, but realized I was losing nicely without having a pink readout on the sticks. Often the readout on the stick is excess dietary fat passing through your body, not necessarily from body fat exiting your body. I wouldn't suggest the fat fast. Just be patient, step up the exercise (that will really spur you into ketosis) What you are eating looks fine (but stay away from the bacon bits and salami = really high sodium in those processed meats)
