Newsflash darlin' — no one likes waiting! It sucks equally for all of us. The good news is, you've already lost 10 pounds, and that's fantastic! The best part (for me) about the rapid weight loss during Induction, even though I stalled for 6 weeks afterward, was that the giant whoosh in the beginning gave me motivation to stick with it through the slow times when I wasn't losing.

Just as a reference, I lost 15 pounds during Induction, then nothing for 6 weeks. Then, on it's own, things starting moving again. This type of stall is common, but so many people get discouraged by it and give up the fight before the weight loss starts up again. Stick it out, and you'll do great!
