Before you go as extream as the fat fast, I'd say cut out all that processed foods. Not only do they probably have sugar and hidden carbs, the sodium alone could eb causing massive water retention.

Try doing KISS for about a week and see if that makes things start to work. Basically you cut out processed foods and dairy. Sticking to whole foods, veggies, fats and tons of water.

You might also try getting an acocount at www.fitday.com to see exactly where your carbs are coming from and what could be the problem.
