I read the thread on the gyros, I still didn't get any concrete answers as to carbs. I have been wanting gyros for a long long time. I went out once and bought some and brought it home to eat, I guilted myself because I didn't know the carb count and threw it all away!!! I have looked and searched all over and still have not found the answer.

If I knew the carbs were very low, I would be out the door in a minute to buy my lunch----early!
