Dr. Atkins also suggest L-glutamine (I think this is the one) if you are dealing with sugar cravings in the beginning (which unfortunately, you are back at, if only for a while to get things back on track).
I think Louise had some great ideas. And probably Zuleika too though I don't know much about what foods are on that CAD list, but I'm assuming they are the lower glycemic foods she is referring to.
When I count all my attempts at weight loss, there were way to many to count if I tally up all the times I got to 25-30 lbs lost then quit. But the few times I passed that marker, I generally lost quite a bit of weight. Do what you have to to get past this place, it will probably (hopefully) be easier on the other side.
