Emly thankyou for the reply. I have never heard that the keto stricks may be incorrect. unfortunately once I had no keto for 4 days I ate carbs like an idiot!!!!!!! Now I am definately OUT> I'm plannin on trying again, maybe a carb depletion workout and less processed foods. Yes I am close to my ideal weight. 5'7 and 140lbs. Just want to be leaner. Thanks everyone.
