Heh heh. Well, that's what the atkins.com site says in one of their FAQs. I can't believe they're pushing a bar and/or shake *every day* in the Essentials book! I can't help noticing that the Essentials book is NOT credited to Dr Robert C Atkins, but "Atkins Health & Medical Information". Hmmm.
