great workout!! heres what i did today!!
warm up: 50 crunches, 50 twisting crunches, 10 butt ups, 20 pushups
LBW 24 pounds all
Quads:squats: 12, 10,8,6,12
lunges:12
Hams:good mornings:12,10,8,6,12
straight leg lifts: 12
Calves:standing calf raises:12,10,8,6,12
weighted donkey lifts:12
Abs:crunches:12,10,8,6,12
twisting cunches:12
quads were ( and always are) the toughest, but i really pushed myself and feel good about it!!
yesterday i got in a good cardio at work...even though im not really counting that in as exercise, it IS exercise and i think when i do it for 3 or 4 hours straight it still counts!! hehehe...thats not cheating!! i actually worked up a sweat at work yesterday a few times too.
