Default Broke 160 mark & did not eat cake!!!
I am very excited to be able to say that I am FINALLY under 160 - just barely, but I AM there!!! Got there yesterday - on my birthday.

AND I was able to resist eating a traditional cake for my birthday...made a lc cake and enjoyed it and did not feel deprived. This, too, was a HUGE step for me!!! Bday cake is my FAVORITE dessert and I've never not had sweet, sugary cake on my birthday. I even bought cupcakes for everyone else and so far have not given in to the temptation. Only two left and they'll be gone tonight!

YAAAAYYYY for me!!!
