To Rachel S, I was searching the forums looking for anyone else who had an EasiYo yoghurt maker and saw your post. Did you ever get a reply back from EasiYo regarding the carb content of their live yog. I have some sachets of BioLife yog with 5 different cultures in it and the packet gives the same carb measurement for both 100g of the dry mix and 150g of the finished product. If the cultures eat the lactose and reduce the carbs these cannot be the same. Just curious if you had a reply to your query. I know it was ages ago but I have just caught up with it.
