This is taylor made for me. I am a number cruncher, and I have all sorts of new numbers to gobble. I just got into Body Mass Index, and because of that I have revised my goals. By everything I read the goal is to keep your BMI between 19-25. This is a great site that gives you all the calculations: http://www.halls.md/. According to a BMI in the proper range my weight should be between 129 - 169. As a guy who lifted a lot of weights I know anything under 155 is impossible unless I am dying. I have reset my ultimate goal to 165. I plan on returning to weight training once I hit 180 so I expect my ideal weight to increase as I put on muscle. I coached a lot of sports when my kids were young so I know 180 is a good fighting weight for me.

1st Goal 220 acheived on 02/19/04 my one month anniversary.
2nd Goal 200 - begin Yogalates.
3rd Goal 180 - Return to Total Trainer workouts
Final Goal 165 Buy that leather jacket I have been looking at.
