Yes, it is possible. Most people who are lactose intolerent can handle a small amount of lactose - but mileage my vary. Yogurt has much less lactose then regular milk - the bacteria eat it and convert it. I can't think off hand how much lactose is in yogurt, but if you are careful with your serving sizes you should be able to gradually eat some and see how you go.
