Before you switch, try a month or so of taking measurements. Sometimes, especially if you regularly work out, you'll be losing inches without realizing it. If after a month you are not losing any inches or pounds, maybe you should look around for another option. Many people believe they are not losing anything, when in fact they are but don't realize it. There's more to it than just the number on the scale.
