well I am one of the suckers these adverts are aimed at I suppose because up to a few weeks ago I was one of the nay sayers about low carb dieting (I even told my mom not to do it because of the health risks, she is very overweight so much so that I am worried we will not have her around for long ). I didnt know anything about it except the anti atkins propoganda that was being spouted on the news. I was eating grain bars, wholemeal bread, potato salad and other supposedly healthy stuff and wondering why I was putting on weight.
I believed I was eating correctly but so obviously wasnt.
