go to www.mybodycomp.com It lets you enter in your measurements and keep track of them. It will also give you a body fat percentage as well as show what areas you may haev the most problems with. You can compair reports to see where you have been losing inches and how much. It can be very motivating when the scale is being a stinker.

Also if you use fitday, click on the weight loss charts and view it for a few months. Even though you may not of lost in a week or two, your average weight loss may still be good and that can be motivating.
