I haven't done anything different..........

I stepped on the scales this morning and suddenly 3 pounds lighter than a week ago. Has been going at a rate of about a pound every 5-7 days.

I'm pretty excited about this.

For some reason, if I lose a pound, that pound never comes back. My weight chart has only gone "up" one time and that was my first 3 days on the program........

1 POUND AWAY FROM THE 50 MILESTONE!!!!
