Hey folks....

I just wanted to let you know that I won't be making my fitness goal for this week. I'm going to give myself permission to not try and fit any exercise in this week - I've been feeling more and more tired lately, and getting less & less sleep. I've always had sleep issues, so I want to nip this in the bud and prevent some a serious insomnia attack. SOO... early to bed and late to rise for me this week! Unfortuantely, that doesn't leave much time between work, dishes, laundry, cooking, eating etc. so I'm not going to stress it and just let it go for one week.
