She is seeing people in her practice with elevated cholesterol -- she's not talking about the study data when she says “I’m definitely seeing people coming in with higher cholesterol."

True enough, she doesn't specify whether she's talking about total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, or cardiac risk.
