As for the nutrient thing--maybe do a search on peanut butter on the 'net and see what nutrients it has. Maybe you're missing them and so crave the peanut butter??

OTOH, I know there are a lot of people on here that crave peanut butter. I did the last time I did Atkins (last year) but not so much this year. The only vitamin I added this time around that I didn't take last time is B-complex (stress tabs) but I see you're taking those. What about magnesium and potassium??

When I craved pb and had some of the sf, I didn't realize how SWEET the regular pb is, and I thought maybe it was actually the sugar and not necessarily the pb.

If you're okay with the lc bread, I'd say go ahead and have a slice of toast with pb (sf, of course!). Or, you could have it on celery? Or, just lick it off the spoon
