Interesting. The DASH diet (Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension) didn't have any effect on blood pressure.
Okay, there are what, maybe 11 studies showing the low-carb diet DID result in greater weight loss, DID preserve lead muscle mass, and DID improve lipid profiles.
Now GUESS which study will be quoted and referenced more often. Just GUESS.
