Question help with induction!

Okay apparently I didn't read enough or I got the wrong picture. My assumptions of Induction was that staying under 20 grams/day is the key. Staying away from "craving" type foods or "fake" sugar that might give me cravings.

I'm told to cut back on cheese, eat more vegtables in my journal. I 100% trust people here but their advice doesn't seem to follow the induction plan.

I'm staying under 20g varying my foods and enjoying carb free foods that I like along with 1.5 hours of hard core swimming 3-4 days/week.

Please help.

BTW what is the best Atkins Book to start reading?
