1 HB egg with Bernaise mayonnaise
Cream cheese w/whipping cream and strawberries
1 iced espresso w/ giant globs of whipped cream
1 Tbsp. Udo's oil
6 oz. rare marlin, 2 cups bok choy
Cream cheese, cocoa and whipping cream

Thoughts:

The day started off normally and then I totally lost my wits. A TOM reaction with a two day lag. Aargh~! No, it's those active smiley heads to my left that made me do it!

I wanted dairy and artificial sweetener, I ate dairy and artificial sweetener. I knew I would feel like crap, and now I do. It's good to be reminded of why I stopped eating dairy.

Ahh, artificial sweetener embedded in dairy. The LC methadone.

Things to remember for next month: Up the magnesium intake a week before and eat canned tuna with mayonnaise.

The sun will rise on another day...

Be prepared for water weight on top of water weight. LOL!
