Went out for lunch and ate all kinds of stuff: 1/2 scallop, octopus, 4 cherry tomatoes w/balsamic vinaigrette, wild mushrooms, demi-glace, gravadlax, seaweed, jellyfish, asparagus, lobster sauce

Mesclun greens, balsamic dressing, 5 oz. sirloin steak
1 Tbsp. Udo's oil
1 Americano
6 oz. rare tuna with soy, wasabi and egg yolk
1 10 oz. ribeye steak, 5 oz. broccoli w/olive oil and lemon

Thoughts:

Must stop the protein madness! But, I am quite comfortable eating this amount and tend to snack on protein. Less beef and more fish?

Maybe I shouldn't worry about it, as things will generally balance out eventually, all by themselves.
