GREAT workout today! i feel wonderful!!
heres what i did

warm up:

50 crunches
50 twisting crunches
10 butt up lifts( dont know the name!! you lift your legs and butt straight up while laying on back with feet up, hands on floor by your side...HARD!)
25 pushups

UPPER BODY WORKOUT:

chest: bench presses-12, 10 ~ 20lbs. 8,6,12~24lbs.
inclined press-12 ~ 24
shoulders: shoulder rolls-12,10,8,6,12 ~ 24lbs.
bb behind neck press-12 ~ 24lbs.
biceps: curls-12,10,8,6,12~24lbs.
reverse curls-12 ~ 24lbs.
triceps: laying triceps press-12,10,8,6,12~24lbs.
triceps extentions-12~ 24lbs.
back: bent over rows-12,10,8,6,12 ~ 24lbs.
back pullovers-12 ~ 24lbs.

i purposely went up 4 pounds because i felt like i was getting used to the 20 lbs...i will try to get some different size weights to add to the barbell asap, but for now i will go with the 24, i could feel a difference!!
