I love this board! Thanks Idahospud for the article on fats. I saved it to show the "doubters" in my family. But slowly, everyone is coming around. I just read an article in the Ladies Home Journal about women and heart health and it said nothing about limiting fat intake, but it talked about weaning yourself off of high-glycemic foods. It did mention caution about fried foods (not because of the breading, but because of the oils oxidizing into damaging free radicals at high temps).
