Breaking a sugar addiction is not easy, but I have no doubt that you can do it. It's just a matter of sucking it up and toughing out the first few weeks, and being careful after that. Ask yourself when you're tempted to cheat: What would I rather have, a piece of chocolate cake or a little butt that fits into skinny jeans?

Also, it might help you to know that you're seriously screwing with your metabolism by jumping on and off of this diet. A person would be better off never starting Atkins if they're going to keep going back to high-carb. The combination of high fat (Atkins) and high-carb is terrible, and this diet can get tougher each time you restart.
