Nah, I said berries. :P It's unfortunate the category also includes fruits, but I ain't dropping berries down on the nutrient list. :P
Similarly though, nuts are "allied" with not so nutrient dense foods also. So maybe a nuts&berries foodgroup would be appropriate right after meat&veggies.
edit: And of course I forgot myself before posting, that nuts are energy dense versus berries being watery, so... perhaps nuts are in the right department. As are berries (not sure of some other fruits, but most fruits are quite low energy density and thus their nutrient/kcal is okay'ish).
