how long do you think it will take me to lose 70 pounds..??? I've been very sedentary, more like a couch potato, really..!!!
I'm gonna try Curves, but not jump in so fast that I burn myself out... i want to go at a comfortable pace so i don't lose hope because it doesn't come off fast enough.....
