Well, let me see... I "started" this way of eating in August of 2000. So what does that say? LOL BUT, on the flip side, I refuse to beat myself up because once upon a time I weighed a LOT more!!!!! When I get nutty and blow it, I just say "ooops, I must be human" and get right back on.
