Default Getting Back on Track

Well after my horrible bout with the protein powder I went off atkins for about 4 days over V-day and stuff. I tried to stay away from high carb sugary processed junk and didn't do too bad! I gained about 2-3 lbs in those 4 days....most of it probably being water and am back on induction today and ready to lose some more! It was nice to see that alot of the stuff I tried didn't taste as good as it used to and that I didn't have the urge to pig out on it all!
