I only worked out 1 day last week. I've been very moody and tried switching to CALP...ended up going off plan totally for 4-5 days... gained 5 pounds (thought not really I dont think since they were gone in 2 days). I am back in my 2-3rd day of Atkins again and my mood is stabilizing....thank god! I think I am going to recover and eventually start losing weight again.
