My one comment about the thread-starting post is--
I eat WAY more veggies on this WOE than I did before--unless potato chips, corn chips and the leaf of lettuce on a burger count I also drink way more water (basically none before) and take supplements daily (none before). I am losing weight, feeling in control, and eating when I'm hungry, enough to feel satisfied and am aware of what I'm eating. VS--before, eating what ever junk came my way and as much as I wanted!
28 lbs in 2.5 months without being hungry and obsessing over food...that's a good thing
