Real cream is liquid. You buy it in the dairy section where you buy all the different milks. It just says heavy cream or whipping cream on the carton. I whip it up (about 1/2 cup) with one packet of Splenda and a 1/2 teaspoon of real vanilla. It's delicious on berries! Things like Cool Whip and the canned-aerosol ones are processed and full of sugar and carbs. Making your own whipped cream is very easy and delicious!
