ok...gawd with the valentines day weekend upon me i didnt log in when i did lower body workout...i did do it though!!! i also did a light workout yesterday that consisted of squats, leg lifts, crunches, reverse crunches, kickbacks and a few pushups. im weak on my pushups...uGH...will have to work on this a LOT!!
busy busy shift at work today...i had a good 4 hours of constant cardio ( walking)...i was really feeling great after work today but my feet hurt a lot!!
