I'm so happy!!!!! I'm down a total of 12 lbs since Jan.28,2004.
I was feeling a bit down because I had gained back 2 lbs, but that was because I let myself have 2 splurge days. Now I know better. I love the results of being good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
