I just had to pop in to tell you that the Burgandy Chicken was AMAZING!!! DH is still raving about it. I made it with steamed buttered broccoli and (for him) smashed potatoes. Smashed potatoes are regular potatoes boiled with the skin on, and then mashed by hand with butter, cream, and parsley. Not whipped like regular mashed potatoes; there are still some chunks in it. Rather Irish, and he loves it.

But do try the chicken. EXCELLENT!
