Double Cream is 2.6g carb/100ml - all except for Elmlea which is 4g/100ml. 1 or two tablespoons a day would do no harm so long as you are aware that there is a carb intake.

I allow myself a 340ml cup every other week. It is impossible to avoid carbs completely - just be aware of where they are, hidden or otherwise.
