Default Protein Power Pals - Saturday - Valentines Day

Welcome to the Protein Power Pals daily thread. All are welcome who are using, considering or curious about this WOE. We also welcome friends using other LC WOEs to drop by for some friendly conversation and a large glass of water.

Amazingly enough, I am still in light ketosis this AM - weight is at 176.5 lbs. Tummy doesn't feel so good. My menu yesterday was a bit low on calories and Way, way over on carbs - my youngest stepdaughter's bday is this weekend and her Dad was working late last night. I offered to take her anywhere she wanted for dinner - she picked my absolute favorite food in the world - Lebanese. Note to self - I am powerless over pita and hummus.....

Still watching my calorie per pound intake to try to drop another 5 lbs or so by about March 15. Calories per pound 1505 / 176 = 8.55 (aiming for around 9 to 10)

Total calories: 1505

Breakfast:
4 egg beater omelet with 2 ozs lean ham, 1 ozs cheddar
Breakfast drink - 8 ozs water, 1 envelope sf gelatine, 1 scoop sf orange citrucel
30 ozs coffee (regular, brewed)

Lunch:
1 can water pack tuna with 1 T french onion dip

Dinner: (let the blushing begin)
1 pita stuffed with seasoned steak and lettuce
1 pita with .25 cup hummus
20 oz diet coke

About 80 ozs water, 20 oz diet coke & 30 ozs coffee
