Strawberries and blueberries are *extremely* healthy, they are loaded with antioxidants.
Best foods to eat for antioxidants is easily garlic, but right after that are blueberries and strawberries.
I am not disagreeing that nuts aren't loaded with nutrition and good fats, they most definitely are... but they are, imo, nutritionally on par with fruits like blueberries, strawberries, and avocado.
