Verrrry interesting! There is so much misinformation about low-carb dieting that many people won't even try it. Of course now that my husband and I are losing weight, friends are asking us about it. They've heard that you'll feel depressed or have less energy if you don't have enough carbohydrates. They're worried our cholesterol will be high and our arteries will harden because were eating meat and cheese and so much fat. It is because we have been told that fat makes you fat and fruit is healthy (just ignore the sugar) I guess people are slow to relearn.
