A refeed can be several hours, it doesn't need to days. Why don't you try a day and see how it goes. A one day refeed will make you feel crappy enough. Of course two works as well.

The goal is to have carbs (sugar), but not fructose which does not raise Leptin levels and causes other problems. So, Coke or any soft drink is not so good since they most stopped using sugar a while back. High fructose consumption is one of my personal theories on the obesity epidemic.

In a refeed, avoid fat and fructose. Your menu looks fine but have a look at the fructose amounts. Kids breakfast cereals are sweet and low-fat with lots of other healthy stuff.

This may sound silly, but as long as you are refeeding - why not cheat and have something you have been missing, like pizza.
