You've done very well and you're very close to goal. If you want to go and try to eat and "minimize" the damage, you might try eating the meal "CAD"-style. Basically try to make it as balanced as possible (1/3 protein, 1/3 carbs, 1/3 veggies - load up on the salad) and keep all your eating within one hour to keep down the insulin surge. Good Luck!
