I want to add a couple of other thoughts:
1. total caloric intake - make sure it doesn't drop too low - try to keep it above 1200 calories.
2. fat percentage - - be sure to keep your fat percentages up, at least to 65-70%. If you're not sure what your current intake is, you can set up a free account at www.fitday.com to keep track of your food to make sure you're doing that, at least in the beginning.
Some good ways to increase both: Avocado is great way, and 1/2 per day is allowed on induction. Olive oil, butter, mayo - all good ways to boost fat and calories.
